A guy gets swallowed whole by a sperm whale with one hour of oxygen to escape. The premise had me in a full-body chokehold, and Austin Abrams carries the whole thing from inside the beast. Then the third act got so weird it lost me completely. Whalefall is awesome, right up until it isn't.
